Iconic video game character Sam Fisher is on the hunt to track down terrorist Andrei Romanov before he has the chance to launch his largest attack yet - putting 8 million lives are at risk.

This short film was shot over a three day weekend, and edited to completion within a month, all for less than £2000. Out intention was to release the short when a new game was rumoured to be announced, hoping to attract some fan attention. Unfortunately, the game was not announced, and we learned a valuable lesson about speculatively making fan films!

It was mostly shot in a Burseldon Brickworks Museum, using consumer filmmaking equipment and pushing every production technique I knew to capture this as fast as possible. We utilised a second unit, day for night, drones, sliders, gimbals, wireless mics, CGI and optical tricks to achieve many of the shots.

We used the goggles and sticky camera sound effects along with some music tracks from the games in an attempt to match their atmosphere.
